Hi! I'm Jessica. I am a certified Transformational Life Coach and Rapid

Transformational Therapy Hypnotherapist. I also used to be a hard core Wino - for

years and years and years I drank an entire bottle of wine almost every single night,

and I was fine with that - until I wasn’t. I was ‘fine’ - but not fine.


One day, I actually said it to a friend, “I think I drink too much.” And that seemed like a very

vulnerable thing to say at the time, but it was totally true. And uttering that phrase, began

my path to freedom.


Because of the success I have experienced in forever changing my relationship to

alcohol, I’ve created a culture for Gray Area Drinkers who want to move away from alcohol

dependency so that they can have freedom too.

This is the Mindful Drinking Movement.
