Hi Friends! I am grateful that you have found me and my content and it is my sincere hope that if you desire to change your drinking habits then you can absolutely do it!! It does not have to require extreme measures, but it does take a willingness to look within and find some places that need your attention - like your emotions and your connection with yourself.


I used to be a major (AKA dedicated) Wino. I drank a bottle of wine - minimum! every single day for a long long time. But after doing the inner work and re-framing my story about alcohol being my best buddy, I can honestly take it or leave it.


My passion is to help you understand that you are extremely capable of doing the same.
